His opponent was able to turn and get his knee in, so Xande jumped to the other side, where his opponent turned again, so he again jumped to the other side and established the guard pass.

Xande was able to stand up in base, swim his arm inside the leg and finish the belt X-pass to side control.

Now he switches the grip and goes for the choke, which causes his opponent to block with his hand, so Xande pulls the arm across and puts pressure with his shoulder to finish the choke.
