Xande explains two different approaches to passing your opponent's Z-Guard. The first pass is the leg rope pass in which you utilize your arm to weave and immobilize your leg while using pressure to immobilize their hips. The knee-cross pass involves re-flattening your opponent before crossing your knee to pass their guard.
