He turns his hips in to free his knee out of the half guard, and then knee cuts while stepping his other leg over the head. From here, he spins over the head and sets up the arm bar.

Next he frees his knee a few inches and grabs his opponent's foot, immediately bringing his elbow to his knee. His other hand now grabs the foot too, and he opens his knee and pushes his hips forward. To finish the submission, he places his head on the mat, stands up and puts his knee to the mat.

Now he switches the grip and goes for the choke, which causes his opponent to block with his hand, so Xande pulls the arm across and puts pressure with his shoulder to finish the choke.
