Xande continues analyzing his second fight at the World Championships, against Dimitrius Sousa. In the last video, he showed how Dimitrius got on his back, and now he shows how he was able to escape. Xande's first step was to put his hand and knee on the mat, and roll to his back while blocking the second hook. From here, he was able to get rid of Dimitrius' hook, and turn into him and get back on top.
