Luiza shows a way to toreando pass the spider guard when your opponent is playing with both feet in your biceps. First she swims one hand inside and breaks the foot on bicep by controlling the pants grip. Then she passes to the side of the foot that is still in her biceps, and pushes her hips forward and throws the leg before passing to the north-south position.

Yuri shows his favorite way to pass the guard when his opponent is playing the spider guard with one foot on his bicep and one foot on his hip. After moving to the side of the foot on the hip and pinning that leg to the ground, he removes the foot in his bicep and comes back to pass on the other side.
