Now both Saulo and Xande share their personal preferences of where they like to position their knees to keep good knee on belly control. Saulo has shorter legs and prefers a lower position, where as Xande prefers to keep his up higher toward the chest. Each offers its advantages and disadvantages.

First Saulo goes over getting to knee on belly from side control, by first going hip to hip on his opponent and then sliding his knee up to the belly.
