When the hook is behind his knee, he turns his own knee in and windshield wipers his leg over the hook. Now he stretches the leg back away from him and drops his outside knee to the mat, placing himself in the three quarter mount. From here he can get his underhooks up high and free his leg to take the mount.

While staying on his toes and keeping pressure with his shoulder, he turns his hips just enough so his thigh can block his opponent's leg. He does not want to turn so much that he eases his pressure or gets himself off balance.

Xande pushes the knee in causing the reaction of his opponent to open his knee, giving Xande space to roll his arm to the inside with his shoulder inside the knee and he reaches under to grab the belt. After getting on his toes, he turns his head toward his hand and drops his shoulder on the stomach. From here he shows two options to pass by either stepping his leg over or windshield wiping his leg over.

Next he wraps his arm around the neck like a guillotine, while keeping the collar grip, and then dives his arm and head underneath his opponent's body. He rolls him down to the mat ending up on his back, and feeds his arm between the legs. To finish the loop choke, he brings his elbow to his body.
