Saulo teaches an unorthodox way to submit your opponent from the mount by smothering them with the gi fabric. In this lesson we use our own collar and pressure on our opponent's face to smother them for the submission. We can also use the abafar smother as a set up for the ezekiel choke allowing us to switch from one to the other in a combination attack.
