The star pass is similar to the hip switch pass but requires more adept finesse by combining the need to switch your hips while applying pressure mid switch to immobilize your opponent's hips. To immobilize your opponent, use the grip on the belt, your shoulder, and your head to create a tripod and balance your weight until you are able to switch your hips for the pass.
