When the hook is behind his knee, he turns his own knee in and windshield wipers his leg over the hook. Now he stretches the leg back away from him and drops his outside knee to the mat, placing himself in the three quarter mount. From here he can get his underhooks up high and free his leg to take the mount.

He grabs the belt and rolls over his shoulder, using his legs to roll his opponent with him.
