Rather than wrapping the lapel around the arm, he wraps it around the back of her neck, and closes his elbows together and pulls her down to his body to finish the choke.

Next he puts his foot on the hip, pivots and climbs his guard high on top of her shoulder. Now he controls the collar to keep her posture down, and passes his leg over her head. His outside arm comes across and holds his thigh, and his inside arm goes across her legs so he can spin underneath her. His elbow and his knee are connected on the other side of his opponent's body, and he reaches over the back to slide his hand in the armpit.
