In this series, Xande discusses some of the positions and strategies he used during competition this year, including the BJJ Library Challenge, World Championship, Metamoris and ADCC. First he shows the omoplata defense he used against AJ Sousa during the BJJ Library Challenge. As soon as he feels the leg coming over for the omoplata, he immediately brings his knee close to his opponent's body and jumps over the head. Next he brings his free arm over the body to control the head and kill the omoplata.
