First he grabs his seat belt and brings his knee up high behind his opponent's head. With his legs in the S position, he lifts his opponent onto his leg and keeps his elbow tight to his thigh. He throws his top hook over and pulls him back as he rolls to the other side, giving him the space to throw in his second hook and establish back control.
